Process
Check out my process blog for an in depth journey through my process with pictures. The short answer: In the beginning, every piece of Tori Love jewelry starts as a block of wax and is carved by hand, then taken locally to be cast in sterling silver or 14k gold using the lost wax process. After the freshly cast piece is picked up, it is polished it by hand until it shines to my satisfaction.
*All jewelry is made to order and takes 10-14 days to ship.
**Custom jewelry turnaround time is currently about 4-6 weeks.
Rush orders
If a rush is required, please get in touch with me via live chat, my contact page or by emailing tori@torilovejewelry.com prior to placing your order to ensure I can accommodate your request. Let me know which item you are interested in and the date you wish to have it by. Costs to expedite the shipping may apply.

Sizing
All of my rings are sized using U.S. ring sizes. I strongly recommend determining your most accurate ring size prior to purchase. If you do not already know your ring size, your local jeweler can assist you with sizing or you can order one like this. If neither of these choices are an option, you can utilize one of these DIY ring sizing methods.

I am always honored to create custom jewelry. Please contact me with your ideas and inquiries. Custom orders typically take around 4-6 weeks to complete and require a 50% deposit.
Please keep in mind that I will not simply copy other artists work. I will instead work with your inspiration to create a piece that is unique and original for you.
Returns
Due to the nature of a small, handmade business, any piece of jewelry you wish to return can only be done so in the form of an exchange or store credit. Please reach out to me within 5 days of receiving your order so I can provide you with information on how to return the item(s). Items of jewelry for return must be unworn and in new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and all packages must be insured with a tracking number provided.
**Custom jewelry is not returnable. This includes jewelry with custom engraving and 1/4 sizes. If you are not happy with a piece of custom jewelry, please reach out to me so we can discuss a solution.
Repairs
I understand that occasionally the delicate nature of fine jewelry may lead to the need for a repair. If within 60 days, normal wear and tear leads to a malfunction, please reach out to me via live chat, my contact page or email at tori@torilovejewelry.com, and I will repair it, simply cover the cost of shipping to my studio. If a repair is needed after the 60 day period or if it is apparent that the piece of jewelry undergone aggressive wear, then a repair fee will be required. Upon assessment of the repair, I will email a cost estimate for approval.
*All packages shipped for repair must be secure and insured with a tracking number provided.
