All of my rings are sized using U.S. ring sizes. I strongly recommend determining your most accurate ring size prior to purchase. If you do not already know your ring size, your local jeweler can assist you with a sizing which is recommended. If going to a local jeweler isn't an option, you can utilize one of these DIY ring sizing methods.
